About the role

As a Warehouse Tech Lead (Inventory) , you'll oversee daily inventory operations while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of warehouse inventory. You'll lead team activities, coordinate workload priorities, investigate inventory discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance inventory performance and operational KPIs. You'll leverage Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Oracle Fusion tools to troubleshoot issues, support inventory processes, and serve as a backup to the Warehouse Supervisor when needed.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience
• , including inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations.
• Experience performing cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, root cause analysis, and inventory investigations.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Oracle Fusion (or similar ERP systems), RF scanners, and inventory lookup tools.
• Experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT), including order pickers, sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and reach trucks.
• Proven ability to lead daily team activities, prioritize workload, and improve operational KPIs.
• Comfortable with heights.
• Comfortable with basic computer and keyboard functions.
• Reliable transportation and excellent punctuality.
