About the role
We are a large and well-established plumbing and septic service and repair company in Cumming, GA now offering restoration services, which means built in leads! We are seeking a highly motivated Water Mitigation Technician to join our team. Monitors, inspects and completes tasks for Water Restoration jobs to ensure completion of extracting, drying, demolition and various restoration activities. Prepare and review documentation to include notes, photos and documents according to company policies and procedures to ensure reimbursement from insurance companies. Explains processes used to complete active jobs and next steps to resolution in person to customers.
What you'll bring
- Must have minimum of 1-year prior experience in water restoration field
- Extremely Punctual and Driven with Strong Problem-Solving Skills.
- Must possess or be open to developing a new outlook on the importance of your personal and professional growth.
- Valid GA Driver’s license & over the age of 22 for fleet auto insurance purposes
- Clean MVR last 3 years
- Have ability to life 50 lbs
- Work well with others
- Have knowledge of the Metro Atlanta area
- Have the ability to work in a high-stress environment
- Be on time everyday
