About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to support business growth across the North American market, focusing on data center liquid cooling, power supplies, optical modules, and related products. This role will be responsible for developing key customer relationships, driving strategic sales initiatives, and collaborating closely with internal technical teams to deliver customized solutions for customers within the data center and enterprise infrastructure industries.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- 5+ years of sales experience in data center liquid cooling, power supplies, optical modules, or related technology products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong self-motivation, execution ability, coordination capability, and teamwork spirit.
- High level of professionalism with strong problem-solving and customer management abilities.
- Based in Silicon Valley and comfortable with occasional domestic and international travel.
- Proven track record of successful sales achievements and customer account development preferred.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, server hardware, AI computing, cloud technologies, or networking environments is highly preferred.
- Existing customer network within hyperscalers, OEMs, server manufacturers, cloud service providers, or enterprise infrastructure companies.
- Experience supporting technical sales cycles and cross-functional project coordination.
- Familiarity with global supply chain and manufacturing environments.
