About the role
This role requires a gifted communicator, relational shepherd, strategic leader, and developer of volunteers and leaders who is passionate about helping young adults build authentic community and take ownership of their faith. The Young Adults Director will report directly to the Next Gen Pastor and will oversee a team of volunteers.
What you'll bring
- Must be a fully committed follower of Jesus Christ and a partner of CyLife (or willing to transfer membership to CyLife).
- Must be actively involved in or leading a CyLife small group.
- Received a call from God to full-time ministry.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 5 years of ministry experience, including at least 3 years of leadership experience coaching and developing volunteers and staff.
- bachelor's degree preferred.
- preferably in Young Adults, College, Student, or Adult Ministries
