As an Assistant Store Manager – Sales (Sport & Outdoor), you will lead sales and athlete engagement within Sport & Outdoor by coaching teams to deliver expert service and product knowledge. You will drive performance through strong leadership, execution of key selling strategies, and a passion for helping athletes find the right gear for their sport. What you'll bring

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience
• 1-3 of retail management experience (or customer-focused experience) required
