About the role
Geisinger is proud to offer a full time Operating Room Aid a minimum hiring rate of $16.25, with increased rates for experienced individuals and $2 shift differentials for evening, nights, and weekend shifts! Also offering up to $40,000 in financial support to become a nurse! Performs a variety of operating room support and operating room cleaning duties. Follows special cleaning and trash handling techniques, as required. Assists with operating room set-up, patient transport, equipment procurement, and room turn-over to enable efficient use of operating room scheduling. Work is typically performed in a clinical environment. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures.
