About the role

In this role, the Operations Training Lead will be responsible for spending a significant amount of their time on the floor observing and coaching employees in EHS policies and procedures. The Lead will also direct classroom training in Spanish as required and provide support for training in English as necessary.

What you'll bring

• Associate's degree in education, human factors, linguistics, cognitive science, communication, anthropology or a related field required
• 3+ years of education/training experience
• Basic safety experience
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish
• Ability to train people from various backgrounds and learning styles
• Excellent Microsoft office applications (specifically Microsoft excel)
• Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices including the proper wearing of clean protective clothing, following personal hygiene standards, and adherence to food/drink/tobacco restrictions
• Bachelor’s degree in education, human factors, linguistics, cognitive science, communication, anthropology or a related field required
• 1+ years of education/training experience
• Advanced safety experience
