The F ield T rainer position is an entry level position that assumes the responsibility of learning, operating , and training on various software systems that the company utilizes to perform and enhance best practices. This job requires some travel to work with various branches in onboarding and training. Building and conducting trainings is a priority for this position and requires excellent public speaking, organizational and computer skills as well as content knowledge.
