About the role
RRD’s De Pere facility is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Print Production Assistant to join our direct marketing team. This is a 12 hour, day shift position with a rotating schedule that supports a work-personal life balance. In this role, you will be responsible for the final stages of our print production process—ensuring that high-volume direct mail and marketing materials are accurately checked, packaged, and prepared for distribution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a sharp eye for quality control, and understands the importance of meeting strict deadlines. No experience required - we provide extensive training for motivated, reliable candidates. Inspect final printed products for quality defects (such as smudges, misalignment, or color inconsistency) and proactively correct errors as they occur. Efficiently pack, band, and/or sort finished products into batches, mail packets, and onto pallets according to client specifications and postal regulations. Count trays and bundles on each pallet, comparing physical counts with shipping documents to ensure absolute accuracy in total count and weight.
