We are seeking a Quality Manager who brings sharp technical judgment, confident field leadership, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. This individual is decisive in the field, comfortable leading conversations at all levels, and relentlessly focused on improving quality outcomes across multiple active projects - from preconstruction through closeout. At Pepper, Quality Managers are not inspectors. They are field leaders, problem solvers, and trusted partners to project teams. This role works hand in hand with Project Managers, Superintendents, Preconstruction, and trade partners to elevate execution, reduce risk, and continuously improve how work gets built across every phase of the project lifecycle.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in construction management, quality, design, construction technology, testing, or related disciplines
- Strong understanding of construction documents, specifications, shop drawings, and submittals
- Deep understanding of building systems, sequencing, and field operations
- Industry certifications such as RRO, REWO, CABS, or ACI credentials are highly valued.
