About the role
We are looking for a hands-on and people-oriented Sr.HR Manager to support our employee population across the Americas and Europe and help strengthen our regional HR presence. This role will serve as a trusted HR partner, working closely with managers and employees to support employee engagement, people programs, workplace culture, and day-to-day HR needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting business leaders, and helping create a positive and effective employee experience in a growing organization. What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Good judgment, communication skills, and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in a hands-on role within a lean team
- Able to work effectively with employees and managers across different backgrounds and cultures
- A strong communicator with a warm, approachable, and professional style
- Someone who can build trust naturally and represent HR well across a diverse employee population
- A practical, adaptable team player who is comfortable balancing day-to-day support with broader people initiatives
- Experience in a multicultural or global company is a plus
- Experience supporting sales, service, or client-facing teams is a plus
