About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support students' healthcare needs in a school setting. The LVN will work closely with school personnel, healthcare providers, and families to ensure the safety and well-being of students requiring medical care during school hours
What you'll bring
- Current California LVN license in good standing.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with school staff, students, and families.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to document medical care accurately.
- Must maintain active Professional Liability Insurance
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to assigned school sites
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pediatric, school, or community health setting preferred.
- Experience with special education students or those requiring medical interventions in school settings is a plus.
