About the role
This role is responsible for growing online revenue, expanding the digital donor pipeline, and deepening engagement across email, website, text messaging (SMS), social media, paid digital campaigns, and emerging platforms. This position blends creativity with analytics and innovation. The Digital Donor Engagement Manager will leverage AI tools, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision-making to optimize donor acquisition, retention, and lifetime value — ensuring Arizona PBS remains at the forefront of modern philanthropic strategy. This position is considered safety/security sensitive and will include a fingerprint check. Employment is contingent upon successful passing of the fingerprint check.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field
- OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
- required to stand for varying lengths of time.
- Experience in public media or membership-based organizations.
- Knowledge of PBS fundraising models and pledge drives.· Familiarity with predictive analytics, marketing automation platforms, and performance marketing tools.
