About the role

As a Dock Sortation Specialist, you’re the execution engine of our new Dock Sorting function. You’re on the floor every shift—scanning packages, sorting them accurately, staging them for drivers, and making sure every package gets where it needs to go, on time. This is a fast-paced, physical, detail-oriented role where accuracy and reliability aren’t just nice to have—they’re everything. You’ll work alongside a small, tight-knit crew processing hundreds of packages per shift using handheld scanning technology. When the day is done, you may also pitch in to support other parts of the Saltbox operation—from member logistics to building upkeep—as part of our Elastic Workforce (e-Force). You’ll report to the Dock Sortation Lead at your location, with support from the Saltbox Operational Excellence team. • Available for early morning shifts (typically 5:00am–1pm) on a rotating 7-day schedule with two consecutive days off.
• Shifts as early as 2:00am may be available as operations grow, with advance notice.
• Reliable transportation to your Saltbox location.
• Comfortable using handheld scanning devices and mobile apps.
• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or retail is a plus—but if you’ve got hustle, we’ll train you on everything else.
