About the role

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detailed oriented, metrics obsessed and wants to leverage technology to enable scalable processes and track critical KPIs to provide insight and guidance to the executive team. The Sales & Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for the strategy, best practices and on-going use of our CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Pardot) and BI (Insightsquared) tools in addition to other marketing or sales related technology. This person will work closely with the Marketing campaign team, SDRs, Account Executives and Executive team to understand all of the moving parts, the needs of each team and how to make it all work together. - 2-4 years of experience in CRM and Marketing Systems - Salesforce experience required along with related data management/data cleansing tools
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing best practices including campaign execution, Q&A testing and conversion measurement
- Quick learner, metrics driven, highly inquisitive
- Strong project management skills – organized, agile and focused on results
