TITLE: School Site Coordinator REPORTS TO: Director of School Based Programs CLASS: Non- Exempt, Part Time SUPERVISES: Program Specialists, Program Assistants, Volunteers LOCATIONS INCLUDE: Animas Valley Elementary, Florida Mesa Elementary, Needham Elementary, Riverview Elementary, Park Elementary, and Bayfield Intermediate

What you'll bring

• Per childcare licensing- Must be at least 21 years old
• Per childcare licensing- Must have a four year degree or  two year degree or 60 semester hour and 455 hours working with youth in a professional setting in groups of 4 or more (ages 4 and up).
• Demonstrated organizational and project management abilities.
• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability, and experience in recruiting, training, supervising, motivating and retaining staff.
• Group leadership skills, including an understanding of group dynamics.
• Mandatory CPR and First Aid Certifications
