About the role

We are seeking a Bilingual Finance Specialist / Finance Analyst (Spanish Required) to support finance operations across the U.S., Mexico, and Korea. This role is responsible for accounting, treasury, finance, tax, and FP&A while serving as a key liaison between global finance teams.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year university)
• Ability to communicate in English or Korean at a business level
• Manufacturing finance and SAP/ERP experience are preferred, but candidates with limited finance experience and strong growth potential will also be considered.
• Accounting, Business Administration, Economics.
• Strong Spanish skills and effective communication abilities are highly valued in addition to accounting knowledge
• Experience in manufacturing Finance / Accounting
• Experience working in multinational companies or overseas subsidiaries
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
• Ability to communicate in Korean / English / Spanish (trilingual)
• Candidates with limited finance experience may still be considered
