About the role

We are looking for individuals who bring deep industry knowledge, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate evolving market dynamics into actionable solutions. Our work spans key service areas including Strategic Planning, Vendor Selection & Management, Process Design, Systems Implementation, and Organizational Change. This is a full-time role and will follow a hybrid work environment in either Boston, Durham, Philadelphia, or New York City.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree with 6–8+ years of experience at a leading consulting firm
• Demonstrated experience leading engagements within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
• Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain, including drug development, commercialization, market access, and lifecycle management
• Experience in one or more of Vynamic’s core service areas, with application in pharma contexts:
• Strategic Planning (e.g., portfolio strategy, launch readiness)
• Vendor Selection & Management (e.g., outsourcing models, partner ecosystems)
• Process Design (e.g., commercial operations, medical affairs processes)
• Systems Implementation (e.g., CRM, data & analytics platforms)
• Organizational Change (e.g., transformations, operating model shifts)
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and advise senior client stakeholders
• Proven ability to identify, shape, and convert business development opportunities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive audiences
