About the role

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. We're looking for a Project Manager, Sustaining Engineering to lead the successful completion of the project lifecycle for engineering initiatives from conception through commercialization in the market.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Product Development, with a track record of successfully launching products to market
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving business objectives
• analytical mindset and keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to facilitate productive discussions and reach consensus
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of the manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and BOMs
• experience with MRP/ERP systems
• Proficient with electronic systems and software (Microsoft Office, project management software, etc.)
• Willingness to be flexible in schedule and to travel to evaluate product performance in the field and ensure customer value is delivered
