About the role

The Operations Supervisor 2nd Shift Screen Print oversees screen print, receiving, and order processing functions while maintaining strong visibility and accessibility to employees on the distribution and screen print floor throughout the shift. This role partners with Operations and Senior Management to uphold departmental standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy, while leading a frontline team through coaching, accountability, and continuous process improvement. The Operations Supervisor – 2nd Shift – Screen Print delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights. What you'll bring

  • Minimum 3 years of Distribution/Warehouse management experience, with demonstrated ability to lead hourly employee populations in manufacturing, distribution, or similar operational environments.
  • Experience using warehouse-based software and operational systems to manage and monitor shift-level operations.
  • Experience presenting information across a variety of settings, including business meetings, team huddles, standups, formations, and town halls.
  • Ability to influence peers and leaders across the organization to drive effective business outcomes, with strong and proven influencing skills.
  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and informatively, present numerical data effectively, and read and interpret written information.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
  • previous experience in a union environment and bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred.
