Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Reporting to the Director of Care, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a key role in delivering goal-directed, patient-focused nursing care in accordance with provincial standards. As a valued member of an interdisciplinary team, you’ll help ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care that supports their dignity and well-being.
What you'll bring
- Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the applicable province/state.
- Education or background in gerontology, rehabilitation, or complex/community care (asset).
- Strong clinical knowledge and care coordination skills Excellent communication, critical thinking, and time management abilities.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Proficiency with electronic documentation and Microsoft Office.
- Completion of a current Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain).
