About the role

As a Dealership Alternative Transportation Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding customers through alternative transportation options while their vehicles are being serviced or repaired. You will focus on providing exceptional customer service by offering viable alternatives such as rental cars, electric scooters, ride-sharing services, and public transit options.

What you'll bring

• At least one year of verifiable driving experience.
• Previous experience in customer service role.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• required to have California driver's license within 30 days following date of hire.
• Ability to perform all essential functions of the job description.
