Diversified Construction & Design is seeking an Architectural/Civil Executive Project Manager (EPM) to join our Executive Team. EPMs have 10+ years of progressive experience in architectural construction operations, project management, account management, or executive leadership, with significant experience delivering commercial and/or residential building projects. They are executive-level relationship managers and business leaders responsible for the growth, profitability, retention, and overall performance of assigned client portfolios. They are executive-level relationship managers and business leaders responsible for the growth, profitability, retention, and overall performance of assigned client portfolios.
What you'll bring
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in architectural construction operations, project management, account management, or executive leadership, with significant experience delivering commercial and/or residential building projects.
- 3-5 years of experience managing client relationships, developing repeat business, and supporting business development within construction markets.
- Demonstrated experience managing architectural project scope, estimating and Preconstruction, design/constructability coordination, subcontractors, schedule, risk, and change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with owners, clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, operations personnel, and executive leadership.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, business-development, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to balance client expectations, design and constructability considerations, operational priorities, contractual obligations, schedule requirements, and financial objectives.
- experience with civil/site development work is preferred.
