About the role

OXXO USA is seeking a dependable and energetic Sales Associate with Food Services to join our team at one of our retail locations featuring Doña Tota, a beloved brand known for its authentic Mexican flavors and freshly prepared gorditas. As a Sales Associate, you’ll help prepare and serve freshly made Doña Tota products while creating a warm and welcoming environment for every guest. You’ll play a key role in blending OXXO USA’s convenience excellence with Doña Tota’s rich culinary tradition—bringing authentic, flavorful meals to our customers every day.

What you'll bring

• One (1) or more years of experience in food service, restaurant, or retail
• Food handler certification (must obtain within required time after hire).
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift and move product, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, positive attitude with a focus on great customer experiences.
• Commitment to food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• food handling (preferred).
