About the role
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our Douglassville, PA facility. This role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and leading a skilled team of industrial maintenance technicians. Pay: $46-$48/hr
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of heavy industrial maintenance experience
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Proven experience leading teams in both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience troubleshooting/set up of VFD drives
- SEW drives, Siemen, Lenze, & Allen Bradley
- Industrial electrical experience in PLC’s and plant automation.
- Ability to support multiple shifts
- Experienced in heavy industrial mechanical repairs
- Experience with Microsoft Office, CMMS, & ERP systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- (based on experience) + year-end bonus
- Experience in concrete, foundries, aggregates, mining, or other heavy industrial manufacturing operations (preferred)
