What you'll bring
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Rossignol Ski Binding Certification and accurately adjust ski bindings in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Working knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to accurately fit skis, snowboards, boots, helmets, poles, and other rental equipment based on guest measurements, ability level, and industry standards.
- Ability to learn rental software, equipment tracking systems, and point-of-sale applications.
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers.
- Ability to educate guests on the proper use, care, and return procedures for rental equipment.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors and indoors in varying winter weather conditions.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and peak business periods.
