About the role
In this role you will manage the overall relationship with customers and maximize sales within your assigned territory including the greater Evansville, IN and Louisville, KY area. This is a great opportunity for a driven salesperson to build on an existing territory representing a well-known leader in the industry. The ideal homebase for this role is within the Evansville, IN / Louisville, KY area.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or engineering OR 2-year technical degree in an industrial discipline
- 2+ years industrial sales experience with preference given to experience selling repair services within electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, and/or mechanical components.
- Must have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency is required
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Overnight travel may be required
- This role will routinely make on-site customer visits in industrial settings requiring the ability meet with customers at their locations and drive moderate to long distances.
- Experience with rebuilding and repair of hydraulic equipment of both mobile and industrial machinery is a plus
- mechanics or related field is preferred
