About the role
Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Specialty Account Manager (SAM) to execute commercial activities for an assigned geography, establish relationships with customers, and ensure successful promotion of SYMBRAVO, an oral acute migraine medication. The SAM will provide account management support and exhibit business knowledge of the local landscape to assess key stakeholders plus future trends within the marketplace.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years of field customer experience and/or account management.
- Minimum of 3 years Healthcare Professional experience with relevant CNS experience will also meet the qualifications for this role
- 5 years of consistent top performance in the pharmaceutical, biotech or medical sales space
- Demonstrated experience delivering outstanding results
- Must live in the territory's geography
- Experience strategizing within cross-functional teams, utilizing differential resources to achieve business goals
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment
- Comfortability with uncertainty and high expectations
- Strong digital marketing aptitude
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Frequent driving, including extended periods of time behind the wheel
