About the role
This is a hybrid role providing in-person care in community and home settings, as well as virtual patient engagement from home. You will travel to select sites in the service area in both the greater Flagstaff and/or Show Low region as the program grows.

- An unrestricted driver’s license is required.
- · At least 1 year of experience with vital signs and phlebotomy (preferred)

- · Lived experience with or deep ties to the communities served by Nest Health (preferred)
- · Startup experience (preferred)
