About the role
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications. To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Press Brake Operator in USA Fontana, Ca. Report to the Production Manager, the Press Brake Operator is responsible for operating a press brake machine to bend, shape, cut, and manipulate sheet metal and metal plates according to specifications. The base pay range for this position is provided below. The final base rate offered will be determined using job-related, non-discriminatory criteria, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, geographic location, education, external market data, and internal equity.
What you'll bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating a press brake machine.
- Ability to safely and effectively operate or learn to operate press brake controls.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow product plans including blueprints and drawings.
- Strong attention to detail skills
- Basic computer and math skills
- At least one year of experience in metal fabrication or related work preferred.
