What you'll bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of automotive or repair shop experience (internship, co-op, or vocational experience welcomed)
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and routine maintenance procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to safely use hand tools, lifts, tire equipment, and basic shop tools
- Ability to follow repair documentation, safety procedures, and timekeeping requirements
- Automotive coursework, technical school training, or vocational education
- ASE Entry-Level Certification(s)
- Willingness to obtain ASE certifications within the first 12 months of employment
