About the role
The Athletic Trainer position is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of athletic training and sports medicine services for an NCAA Division I intercollegiate athletics program with secondary sport coverage as determine by the Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Medicine. Located in the beautiful city of Fort Collins, Colorado State University is a premier land-grant university with world-class programs in education, outreach, and research. What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of two years of previous experience as a certified athletic trainer.
- Current BOC certification.
- Current license as an athletic trainer with the State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) required prior to the start date of employment.
- High level of clinical athletic training skills, effective communication, and ability to work effectively with a team-based approach.
