As a Field Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the face of ALLO in the community. You’ll engage directly with potential customers, collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams, and represent ALLO’s values while delivering exceptional customer experience.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum 4-year college degree) required.
- Proven ability to drive sales results and demonstrate return on investment (ROI) through field marketing, lead conversion, and customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Comfortable using technology and CRM tools to track leads, activity, and sales performance.
- Remain stationary for extended periods
- Ability to communicate information
- Ability to operate a computer
- Ability to work in outdoors
- Possess/maintain a Valid Driver’s License
