What you'll bring
- Experience installing structured cabling in commercial environments
- Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6A copper installation, termination, and testing
- Fiber optic installation, termination, and testing
- Ability to travel extensively, including extended stays away from home
- Comfort reading blueprints and riser diagrams on unfamiliar sites with minimal ramp-up time
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and work in tight spaces (ceilings, crawl spaces, closets)
- OM/OS fiber types a plus
