Join Our Team as a Mortgage Loan Originator! Your Role and What You'll Bring to Our Team We are looking for experienced, ethical, and passionate professionals ready to join us as Mortgage Loan Officers/Originators (MLOs).

What you'll bring

• An active, approved STATE NMLS license is a must.
• A detail-oriented approach coupled with demonstrated, thoughtful decision-making skills.
• The discipline to maintain all mortgage licenses by completing mandatory annual continuing education.
• A solid, working understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines.
• Proficiency in utilizing technical systems and programs, such as Encompass.
• Current knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues relevant to the mortgage industry.
• The ability and passion to maintain and grow a network of prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners.
