About the role
Sound experience with hands on experience with IBM Case Manager 5.2, FileNet Content Engine, Process Engine, Application Engine 2. Experience in Business Process Management solution design and development using IBM Case Manager and the IBM FileNet P8 suite. 3. Troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis on application and web servers to diagnose issues and rectify them 4. Implementing best practices, framework, widgets etc. 5. Installation, configuration, and support of ICM would be a big plus
