As a Restaurant Maintenance Supervisor , you will receive: This role is field based, supporting restaurants across an assigned market or region. You’ll travel frequently to partner with Operations, provide onsite support, and maintain strong relationships with leaders and teams in the field. When not traveling, you’ll work from your home office, balancing independent work with virtual collaboration to support ongoing business needs. Success in this role requires fulltime availability, flexibility to adjust to evolving operational priorities, and the ability to travel regularly—including day trips, overnight travel, and extended market visits. While most travel will occur within your assigned market or region, some out of market support may be required based on business needs.
What you'll bring
- 7+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
- 5+ years supporting restaurants, food service, or multi‑site facilities
- Proven experience managing preventative maintenance programs
- Advanced knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and building systems
- Strong understanding of health regulations, building codes, and safety standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop technical teams
- Experience managing vendors and external service providers
- Solid project management, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills
- Working knowledge of CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office tools
- EPA 608 Universal Certification and OSHA 30
- Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- Candidates must reside within the region they support and be able to travel throughout that area as needed.
