About the role
The Opportunity – We are looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with clients, identifying health issues relate to drug and alcohol abuse.
What you'll bring
- Current Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse licensure (GA)
- Valid drivers license
- Comfortable working in a time-sensitive, confidential environment where there are continually changing priorities
- Write and compose emails and letters that are grammatically correct
- Must be very computer/software/internet savvy (Microsoft Office)
- Comfortable in an environment where over-communication is needed
- Ability to meet deadlines and work professionally
- Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA laws regarding healthcare treatment
- If in recovery, must have at least two (2) years clean time
- Valid LPN licensure (GA)
- At least 1--2 years of related substance abuse and. mental health experience required
- At least 1-2 years of related substance abuse detox/residential experience required
