About the role

We are looking for a Civil/Structural Substation Engineer to join our ICE Team to improve infrastructure in our Michigan offices.

What you'll bring

• The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, and five to ten years of experience with high voltage substation design.
• Experience with Bentley ProjectWise, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam Revu PDF Editor is required
• Experience with Bentley ProjectWise, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam Revu PDF Editor is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required
• 5-10 years of civil/structural experience with high voltage substation design is required
• Strong knowledge of utility standards, AISC, ASCE, ACI, IBC, and an understanding of construction techniques is required
• Candidate must be willing to travel
• Experience with STAAD, MathCAD, LPILE, RISA or equivalent engineering software is preferred

• A professional Engineering License is preferred.
