About the role

This position is split between our Ovid and Geneva health centers. The Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) serves as a core member of the collaborative care team, which includes the patient’s medical provider, counselor, and psychiatric provider. This position promotes patient-centered care through education, coordination, and follow-up for individuals with mental health and substance use needs. This position will need to support both Geneva, NY and Sodus, NY locations.

What you'll bring

• A current, unrestricted NYS Registered Nurse License is required
• CPR certification required (can be provided)
• 3+ years in a healthcare or customer service setting, acting as a subject matter expert and operating
• independently required.
• A valid government-issued photo identification document is required
• Prior experience in Behavioral Health preferred.
