About the role

Community Clinic is seeking an experienced Nurse or Medical Assistant to hire as the Clinical Team Lead for the clinical team at our Primary and Specialty Care Clinics in Gentry, AR and Grove, OK. The Clinical Team Lead is the Practice Manager’s right hand and will lead the day-to-day activities of the patient care support team consisting of Nurses and Medical Assistants. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, outpatient clinical experience, and a passion for providing access to health care to everyone in our community! This position will float between our locations in Gentry, AR and Grove, OK.

What you'll bring

• HS Diploma or equivalent required
• Current active Nursing license or Medical Assistant certification required.
• 5+ experience in patient care in an outpatient setting required
• Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
