Carbrey Group is expanding, and we are looking for compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our specialist children’s home in Gloucester. This is a rewarding opportunity to work as part of a supportive, family run organisation where you will help create safe, stable, and nurturing environments for children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs. As a Residential Support Worker, you will support the Registered Manager and wider team to deliver outstanding care and positive outcomes for children and young people within a specialist complex behaviours Residential Care Home.
