About the role

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our growing Service team. This is a full-time, onsite position , working Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. , in a secure office environment.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• experience in retail, banking, or insurance also considered
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret customer service contracts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask
• Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate sound judgment, and apply logical thinking
• Willingness to learn through on-the-job training
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Notary Public or the ability to obtain a Notary appointment
• Pass a 10-panel drug screening
