About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lean Operations / Continuous Improvement Intern to support key operational excellence initiatives within our plant environment.
What you'll bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and plant operations
- Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other basic data/reporting tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or operational environment with cross-functional teams
- Exposure to Lean principles, 5S, Kaizen, Daily Management, or Operational Excellence tools
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- AnyLogic experience
- Familiarity with manufacturing or plant operations is a plus
