About the role

is actively seeking a highly motivated Environmental Scientist to join our Environmental Remediation group in Denver, CO. We are seeking a candidate who is an excellent communicator and technically capable, with an awareness of relevant regulations. The successful candidate will work under the oversight of an experienced team of engineers and scientists on environmental site assessments, remedial and solid waste design and construction, and environmental support on multi-disciplinary projects. This position will involve field and office responsibilities with potential for growth.   We will consider candidates from other locations such as:  Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, Grand Junction, and Glenwood Sprngs, CO. What you'll bring

• Bachelor's Degree in environmental sciences or engineering or other related fields, AND two plus (2+) years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and education.
• Valid driver's license.
• Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
• Master's Degree preferred
• Willingness and ability to work outdoors in sometimes challenging conditions.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable liaising with clients, colleagues and sub-contractors alike.
• Willingness and ability to learn and rapidly master new tasks.
• Scientific research and report writing (including web based research).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Strong quality and time management.
• Self-starter, develops and delivers work under own initiative.
