About the role

Your primary responsibility is to engage Sam's Club members, educate them on Home Warranty services and plans, and facilitate enrollments through a simple QR code-based process. What you'll bring

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays (primary schedule: Wednesday through Sunday)
• Warm, self-motivated, outgoing, and enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to stage a consultative selling process that connects with customer needs and overcomes objections
• Ability to perform independently in an unstructured retail environment
• Comfortable standing for prolonged periods in a retail setting
• Proficiency with smartphones and digital tools (QR codes, mobile enrollment portals)
• Must have a personal cellphone with a working number for role-related communication
• 6+ months of previous retail selling experience or customer-facing sales experience preferred
