In this role, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for managing all Workday functionality, enhancements, and HR support tickets, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our HR partners and employees across the organization. You’ll drive continuous improvement, optimize system capabilities, and serve as the strategic bridge between HR and technology—helping scale our processes to support a growing, nationwide workforce.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in related field (preference to HR) or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources Systems (HRIS) experience, including significant experience administering Workday.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing HR Systems or HRIS teams.
- Deep knowledge of Workday HCM, including business processes, security, reporting, and system configuration.
- Experience supporting multiple Workday functional areas such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Learning, or Absence Management.
- Experience leading Workday implementations, enhancements, or optimization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and best practices.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience creating reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced
- growth-oriented organization preferred.
