About the role

Immel Construction is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support our marketing and business development efforts during a temporary leave period (September 2026 - March 2027). This role is ideal for someone with strong graphic design skills, a marketing mindset, and the ability to manage a variety of projects in a fast-paced, collaborative construction environment. This position will require 10 - 15 hours per week and the work will be performed in-office at 2601 Development Drive in Green Bay.  We are flexible on the actual work schedule!

What you'll bring

• Strong graphic design skills with the ability to apply brand standards across print and digital materials.
• Experience managing or creating content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong writing, proofreading, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, ask thoughtful questions, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with team members across the company.
• Marketing, communications, graphic design, or related education or experience preferred.
