About the role

As a Superintendent, you will direct all aspects of jobsite management, oversee construction progress according to project plans and specifications, and ensure work is performed according to safety and compliance standards.

What you'll bring

• Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or equivalent relevant construction jobsite experience.
• 5+ years of in-field construction (commercial or industrial).
• 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• OSHA 30 Certification within 90 days of employment start date required.
• Skills & Experience
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) is required.
• Ability to efficiently use technology (e.g., tablet) and the Internet.
• Effective, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, reliable, self-motivated, and disciplined.
