About the role

AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of complex projects in the  nuclear power generation  industry. This role is accountable for  project success —including scope, safety, quality, financial performance, schedule, and client satisfaction—while also contributing to  business development  through a seller–doer model. The Senior Project Manager leads multi-disciplinary teams, manages nuclear quality and regulatory expectations, and partners with clients to identify and convert new work opportunities. What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • 8 years of experience delivering projects in the nuclear power generation industry (utility, OEM, EPC/AE, or nuclear consultancy).
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, high-stakes projects with accountability for scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Experience and understanding of nuclear industry expectations related to safety culture, QA, configuration management, and document rigor.
  • Proven client-facing leadership and experience supporting pursuits/proposals or expanding client scope.
  • PMP (or equivalent) and/or advanced technical degree.
  • Experience leading multi-office teams and managing subcontractors/suppliers in a regulated environment.
  • Experience coordinating with field teams and supporting construction activities
  • Familiarity with NQA-1 programs and/or regulated nuclear design environments
  • experience working under client 10 CFR 50 Appendix B programs (as applicable).
